Through this new partnership, customers will now have quick and convenient access to video consultations with accredited doctors via the Doctor Anywhere app 24/7.
From August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025, HealthFlex customers of Manulife Philippines and Manulife China Bank will be eligible for four (4) video consultations with general practitioners free of charge. After utilizing these initial consultations, additional online consultations will be available at a discounted rate. With healthcare professionals available in just five minutes or less, HealthFlex customers can consult doctors for regular check-ups and non-emergency health conditions from the comfort of their homes, avoiding the hassle of travel and long clinic lines. HealthFlex customers benefit from the ability to manage not only critical illnesses but also common health conditions, making it easier to prioritize their well-being.
In addition to general practitioners, customers will benefit from discounted video consultations with Doctor Anywhere’s mental health experts and a broad range of specialists. This includes cardiologists, dermatologists, endocrinologists, ENT specialists, gastroenterologists, general surgeons, infectious disease doctors, nephrologists, OB-GYNs, oncologists, ophthalmologists, orthopedic surgeons, pediatricians, pulmonologists, rheumatologists, and urologists.
